I completed a certificate in cookery and within that career my next goal is to apply those skills in a small business setting specifically offering homemade wares and a personal chef dining experience, catering to private functions. 

My goal is to build a functioning and developing brand and business by the summer period.

My plan of action includes building capital and equipment to ensure ease of operation and to man the operation of market days to promote the brand and drum up clients/business with advertising as well as online.

Completing Online small business management I believe will play a crucial role in succeeding with these goals as it offers for someone like me with minimal experience in running a small business the  tools necessary to gain a better understanding, broader perspective and applicable skills crucial to undertaking a successful venture. Coupling this with on the job experience I think will help set these goals into reality.

The desired outcome for these goals is essentially experience and a wider insight into business operations, particularly in a small business setting and hopefully build enough capital to carry on with moving into new business ventures in the future.

My skillset makes this achievable due to me being in the middle of a music arts degree. My smart goal is to open my own business selling baked goods. My goal for this to open is by the end of 2021. I’ve baked for the last 15 years for family and friends and have people asking to order from me often. Is this realistic? Accomplishing this goal will allow me to do something I love that is within my current capabilities Whilst being self-employed allows me to have control over my own hours and be able to work to my needs.

Is the goal possible?
Yes. I have previously completed a certificate in fashion studies and have made crafts and clothing since I was young. I have the creative skills I need and have many of the resources I will need. I already have a stockpile of crafts I have made. This course will provide me with more skills and knowledge I need to proceed.

How is this goal relevant?
Being able to sell my own crafts online will provide me with self-satisfaction in life doing something I love. Being my own boss allows me to be in control of my own hours and to be able to work to my needs.

What is the completion date?
I want to have this goal achieved by them time I am 28 as I will have completed this course by then and hopefully have gained the knowledge I will need to proceed.

the goal is very acheiveable many food caravans around the world are very sucsesfull in that they are making 200,000 + in profit at this stage i am not focusing on profit

this goal is relevent in that my step father has brought a food caravan recently and has asked me to run it to help with my business owning development when i refer to loans it is refering to the money he is investing into this business venture to benifit my skills and growing my skill set as a sucsessfull business owner.
