Important changes to your Padlet account

Today, we are announcing usernames on Padlet. So, instead of brucewayne@gothammail.com you can simply be batman in the padlet circles. Think of it as your superhero name. Much awesome!

So here is how it all works:

1. You have until Sunday, April 6th, 2014 to choose your username after which we’ll auto assign one to you based on your email. You can change the auto assigned name later, but your preferred one may be gone. It’s best you choose one yourself.
2. All of your walls will be moved to a special URL containing your username. E.g. padlet.com/wall/awesomeness will now be padlet.com/batman/awesomeness. Don’t worry, your old URLs will still work.
3. Soon, you will get a public page at padlet.com/batman. All your public walls will be shown there.
